See the entire track on this walking tour that doesn’t stop in first gear. You’ll walk the entire 3.3 km track, so wear comfortable shoes. As you walk along the famous track, your guide will tell you about the history of the race and its participants.
Our journey will begin in Port de Fontvieille. We will take you to Le Rocher, the most beautiful area at the far end of Monaco. The view from the balcony will allow you to enjoy a splendid view of the port of Fontvieille, which is a little secluded from the rest of the city. Next, we will visit the Princely Palace, which you will be able to see from the outside.
You will learn more about François Grimaldi, who is considered to be the father of Monaco and the first Grimaldi lord in this country. You will learn all about the history of the Grimaldi family and contemplate the lovely palace in front of you. Your next stop will be the Church of Saint Nicolas. This royal place is about a few steps from the palace, you just have to walk up the alley. This is where all the royal ceremonies take place — coronations, weddings, funerals, baptisms, and christenings.
